Returns Policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. 

In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. If you are returning swimwear please ensure that you leave the hygiene sticker on to be eligible for a refund or exchange. When returning neoprene items, please ensure the bikinis are laid flat as they were when you receive them. If they are screwed up or folded, it creates creases in the neoprene and ruins the item which is irreversible. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers. Please ensure items are packed the same way as you receive them. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. 


As an online business we aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. All you need to do is fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and return to:

Once your return has been approved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been accepted and your refund has been issued. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days. 

Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 working days to be issued after items have been received back to us.


If you need to exchange your item for the same item or alternative item in a different size or colour just mark exchange on your returns form and which item you would like to exchange it for and in what size.

We do offer free exchanges in Singapore but for all international customers, you will be charged for the return postage cost.
